Course Details

This interactive workshop combines simple movement techniques with practical stress management strategies shows how physical activity, from small desk-based stretches to energising resets, can help calm the nervous system, boost focus, and restore balance. Participants will walk away with practical movement techniques they can use anytime, anywhere.
