Returns – Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item
• You then have a further 14 days to send the item back
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

• You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item
• After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate
• We will cover any return postage costs for faulty items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate this.

Exceptions

We may not be able to accept returns for:

• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (if applicable)
