Course Details

Leading with Lived Experience explores how organisations can move beyond consultation, towards meaningful partnership with people whose lived experience brings valuable insight and expertise.
This interactive workshop supports leaders to centre lived experience within decision-making, service design and organisational culture. Participants will explore why lived experience matters, how to create environments where people feel safe to contribute, and what it takes to share power ethically and authentically.

Through practical examples, discussion and reflection, participants will gain practical tools and approaches to strengthen trust, improve decision-making and create more responsive services that better reflect the needs of individuals and communities.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
