Course Details

An interactive workshop that explores how food, movement, and everyday routines work together to support health, wellbeing, and independence. Through practical activities, discussion, and real-life examples, participants will build the confidence to encourage healthy habits in ways that are realistic, person-centred, and enjoyable.

Rather than focusing on perfect diets or exercise programmes, this workshop explores small, meaningful changes that can make a lasting difference. Participants will leave with practical ideas they can use to support healthier lifestyles within their own settings.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand healthy weight and why it differs between individuals.
  • Recognise common myths and risks linked to underweight and overweight.
