Course Details

An interactive and practical eLearning course designed to move beyond understanding into action. It focuses on how to actively create, embed, and sustain belonging through everyday inclusive practice. Shaped by insights from people with lived experience, the course blends reflective practice with applied strategies to explore what belonging looks like in real-world settings – across sessions, environments, relationships, and decision-making. Participants are supported to translate intention into meaningful change, helping individuals feel seen, valued, and able to participate.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Use guided reflection prompts to evaluate current practice and identify areas for change
  • Translate the concept of belonging into observable action
  • Identify opportunities to embed belonging across environments, interactions, and organisations
  • Recognise and respond to barriers to participation in real time
  • Apply practical strategies to adapt sessions and environments
  • Develop a personalised action plan to embed belonging in your context
